DESTRUCTOR's 'Forever In Leather' Album Reissued On Vinyl

March 28, 2011

Auburn Records and Germany's High Roller Records have collaborated on a license deal to reissue DESTRUCTOR's "Forever In Leather" album on vinyl. The effort was originally released on CD in 2007 by Auburn Records.

The High Roller Records vinyl reissue is limited to 666 copies — 316 black vinyl, 250 clear/black splatter vinyl and 100 ultra-clear vinyl — and includes a four-page lyric insert.

"I've had a lot of offers to reissue my Auburn titles on vinyl over the years but wanted to wait for the right opportunity," says Auburn Records president Bill Peters. "Steffen Boehm's High Roller label was personally recommended to me by my Auburn Europe staff. The label has an excellent reputation in the metal underground for the quality of their vinyl releases.

"Quality is very important to me. The grade of vinyl used, sound, packaging, pricing — it's all there in the highest of standards for this release.

"I wanted this reissue to turn out special for the fans. They will not be disappointed. Steffen and I put a lot of hard work into this project together to make sure everything was right. It was not assembled quickly. The end result is a truly unbelievable package and a must addition to any DESTRUCTOR fan's collection!"

"I am really proud and honored to work on this project with Bill," says Bohem. "It would really have been a shame if this material would never be released on vinyl."

The album is now available to order from the High Roller Recordswww.hrrecords.de web site or through a number of other distributors, including Nuclear Blast and EMP in Germany and Clear Spot in Holland.
